We have a simple and friendly recruitment process so that none of us (you, Hiring Manager, HR) have to stress unnecessarily and we can make important decisions efficiently.
It all boils down to the following steps:
You send your résumé in response to the ad
We review your application and invite you to the next stage if you meet our basic expectations.
You meet with the recruiter
This is when we talk and get to know each other better. You tell us about yourself and we tell you about the company. If everything plays out well, we move onto the next stage.
You meet with the manager
The next stage is an interview with your future boss. Before the meeting, you will be given a recruitment task to complete. This will give you a taste of what you will be doing on a daily basis.

We always strive to meet your expectations and ensure that the formalities are settled correctly. The standard in our company is an employment contract. The first contract is for a trial period (3 months), the second – for a fixed term (1 year), and the next – for an indefinite period.
We usually work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In production facilities, hours may vary depending on whether is organized in one or two shifts. The warehouse normally operates from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
From January 2025, flexible working hours will be introduced, with mandatory availability from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The most common form of work in our company is the hybrid model (1 or 2 days a week from home). For some positions, such as production or warehouse work, a fully stationary mode is the natural choice. In places where direct contact with the product is required, we prefer stationary work to allow direct supervision and contact with the physical product of the work. We know how important it is for a designer or designer to be able to carry out their tasks with the ability to see the results of their work live.
