  1. Definitions

    Administrator – the company Entire M sp. z o.o. based in Wroclaw.

    Personal data – information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

    Website – website available at entirem.com, kept by the Administrator.

    User – any natural person who visits and uses the Website.

    Cookies – are IT data contained in small text files placed on the computer by the website. These files can be read by this website. By helping to identify the user, they allow to recognize the device used by the user and properly display the website tailored to the preferences of a given user.

    Privacy Policy – this document, relating only to the Website.

    GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

    The Privacy Policy contains the rules applicable on the Website regarding the processing of Personal data – including the purposes, legal basis and period of processing Personal data, the rights of data subjects, as well as information on the use of cookies and analytical tools on the Website.

    The Administrator takes special care to respect the privacy of Users visiting the Website, and in particular makes every effort to ensure that the collected data is processed in accordance with the law and is processed in a manner ensuring adequate security of Personal data.

  4. Purpose of data processing

    Personal data of users using the Website are processed by the Administrator:

    1. in order to provide services by electronic means;
    2. for analytical and statistical purposes;
    3. for advertising and security purposes.
  5. Type of processed data

    The Administrator obtains data about the User and his behavior on the Website through:

    1. data provided in the contact form (e-mail address, name and surname and telephone number);
    2. logs collected on the server (these data are not associated with a specific User and are not used to identify him);
    3. cookies (see points 10 and 11 of the Privacy Policy).

    The User’s personal data is not sent and shared with other entities. Such a possibility may arise only in the event of a request to the Administrator to provide data by authorized state authorities.

  6. Legal basis for data processing

    The User’s personal data is always processed for a specific purpose and only the data necessary to achieve it are processed. The legal basis for data processing is for:

    1. contact form – art. 6(1) GDPR;
    2. establishing, investigating or defending against claims – art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
    3. data storage for archival (evidence) purposes – art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
    4. data analysis – art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR;
    5. contact with the Administrator – art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  7. Rights of the User

    The User has the right to their data, in particular to:

    1. access to data along with information whether and what Personal Data are processed – art. 15 GDPR;
    2. rectification of data with the possibility of supplementing them – art. 16 GDPR;
    3. deletion of data – art. 17 GDPR;
    4. restriction of data processing – art. 18 GDPR;
    5. transfer of data to another administrator, if technically possible – art. 20 GDPR;
    6. object to data processing – art. 21 GDPR;
    7. withdraw consent to data processing – art. 7 GDPR;
    8. complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

    It should be noted that the User has the option not to consent to the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate browser settings, as well as the User may delete cookies automatically or manually. Please note that in this case, the Website may not function properly.

  8. Duration of data storage

    The data is stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected and the storage time is:

    1. for the period of correspondence that was initiated by the inquiry sent via the contact form;
    2. until the consent is withdrawn or an objection to data processing is submitted;
    3. for the period necessary to establish, investigate or defend against claims;
    4. for a period corresponding to the life cycle of cookies stored on Users’ devices.

    Cookies are used on the website in order to:

    1. collect anonymous statistics;
    2. ensure the proper operation of the Website;
    3. optimization of the Website;
    4. handling the User’s session;
    5. advertising.
  11. Privacy policy related to Google Analytics

    Google Analytics is present on the Website to collect data on the use of this website. Google Analytics collects data such as the frequency of users’ visits to the website, the pages they visited during the visits and information from which page they came to the Website. The information collected by Google Analytics is used only to improve the website. Google Analytics only stores the IP addresses used by the user on the day of visiting the website, it does not store names or other similar data. Google Analytics leaves a cookie in your web browser to identify you as a unique user when you visit the website again after a while. Cookies cannot be used by anyone but Google. The possibilities of using and sharing the data collected by Google Analytics by Google regarding the user’s visits to the website are determined by the Google regulations and the Google privacy policy.
