We are Entire M

Every day we create, design, sew and manufacture clothing, equipment and accessories for all who care about our safety, and for those who love nature and the outdoors.

We are a team of +350 individualists, strong personalities, team players. They are military and tactical experts, designers and builders, fashion buyers, seamstresses and operational specialists. A unique mix of competencies, from the ability to design and sew a key pocket on a backpack to managing projects with million-dollar budgets.

We are insanely proud of our brands. They already have a circle of true supporters and users who love them. We run Direct Action® and Helikon-Tex® according to the mottos #GoLoud and #JourneyToPerfecion believing that everything we do has an impact on the planet and its environment. That is why we pay so much attention to every detail.

We fulfill the promises we make to both our customers and employees. After all, ethics is one of our values.

In addition to many pleasant moments at work, especially during the countless team-bulding events, you will also experience a challenging trek through the meanders of the manufactoring process. Let’s be frank – there are no half-measures, corporate drudgery or politicizing with us. Instead, there are moments when your determination counts. After all, our solutions are used by the military and police, as well as bushcraft and outdoor enthusiasts. That’s why we care about people who believe in what they are doing and go boldly ahead. We are simply looking for remarkable people.

The kind that are curious by nature.

Why Entire M?

The name ‘Entire ‘ symbolizes the wholeness and completeness of our business, emphasizing that we offer a full, comprehensive operating model.

The ‘M ‘ in the name has a double meaning – on the one hand, it refers to the surname, which focuses on the family nature of our organization and the strong ties that bind us together.

On the other hand, the ‘M’ refers to the military (Military) industry from which we originated as a company. It was from the trade of demobilization equipment that Gregory started his business and that became the foundation of our success today.

Meet our employees

At Entire M we combine our passion not only for militaria, but also many other fields – from sports to art. It is thanks to people and their commitment, creativity and determination that we can continue to grow and pursue our mission.

Jakub Antoń

For over a year, I have been working in the Research and Innovation department, where we develop and test new products in real-life conditions, addressing customer needs.

I have been passionate about bushcraft, mountains, and outdoor gear for 15 years—a journey that began in scouting. Today, I am a survival instructor, sharing my knowledge on survivaltech.pl. Another passion of mine is first aid, spanning achievements in Red Cross competitions to completing a Qualified First Aid (KPP) course.

Shooting and military activities are also a significant part of my life. My six years of military service allowed me to develop skills as a marksman and gain experience in modern combat techniques. Nowadays, I regularly train at the shooting range, exploring various aspects of shooting.
All my passions align perfectly with the nature of my work in our company. This ensures that what I create is practical, well-thought-out, and meets customer expectations.

Magdalena Zawada

As a Product Category Owner, I focus on managing product development and aligning it with user needs and business goals.

              Piotr Siegieńczuk

As a Product Expert, I can best describe my role as a specialist in solving the impossible. I advise, consult, and assist in addressing any challenging issues related to products, materials, technologies, and other obstacles.

Over 20 years ago, driven by the need for affordable gear for airsoft, I began designing and sewing my own projects. Over time, my work found its way to elite units like GROM. After the birth of my children, I expanded my range to include civilian products under the label “Dad Made It.”

Militaria have always fascinated me, and airsoft ignited my passion. I gradually became a regular participant in skirmishes and gatherings, including international events. Training with former special forces operators and obtaining a firearms license allowed me to grow further. Now, I’m passionate about dynamic and tactical shooting, where I put my designs to the test in real-world scenarios.

Both passions—sewing and shooting—complement each other, providing space for growth and the realization of unique ideas.

              Dominik Buksa

Yo! At Entire M, as a Digital Designer, I elevate visuals to the next level. Every project is an opportunity to blend creativity with functionality, creating something that truly stands out.

As a musician, I perform under the alias Dellyon, producing music and writing tracks that I occasionally showcase at live concerts. My sound revolves around hip-hop, trap, and alternative electronic music with elements of drum & bass.

In my creative work, I combine music, visual art, and spirituality to deliver a deeper message. One of my projects is waveframe, a duo with Klaudia Olejarz-Buksa. Together, we crafted a concert that feels like a warm autumn night, filled with turquoise and orange lighting and nostalgic music.

I use tools like FL Studio, Blender, After Effects, and Figma to bring my ideas to life. From inspiration to the audience’s reactions, the entire creative process brings me immense satisfaction. If you’re into unique audio-visual experiences, come join us at our concerts!

              Dawid Pajor

Since 2021, I have been working at Entire M as an OHS and Fire Protection Specialist, where I am responsible for occupational health and safety as well as fire protection.

For over a decade, football has been a central part of my life—not just through daily training but also through my passion for freestyle football, the art of tricks where creativity, precision, and self-expression take center stage.

After work at Entire M, I dedicate my time to being an active firefighter, and when the day winds down, I grab a ball and head to training to hone my skills. My journey began in 2010 at the Polish Cup in Żerków, where, as a spectator, I discovered the fascinating world of freestyle football. Inspired, I decided to make it a part of my life, alongside my firefighting duties.

Hours spent mastering new tricks have made football an inseparable part of my life. Performing at Warsaw’s Old Town Square brought me recognition and the joy of sharing my passion with others. Today, I not only continue to develop my own skills but also inspire others by teaching and showing that following your dreams is worth it.

Every new trick, every challenge—from Around the World to more advanced techniques—is another step in a journey fueled by commitment and ambition. The opportunity to share this passion is my greatest achievement.

              Ewa Nowak

At Entire M, I serve as a Promotion Specialist for the Helikon-Tex brand, focusing on its growth in both the Polish and European markets.

Recently, I was invited to participate in a unique project to share my passion, and I am deeply grateful for this recognition! My love for nature, especially the mountains, began with rock climbing—there was a time when I dreamed of becoming the best climber in the world. Today, I climb recreationally and derive immense joy from it. For seven years, I lived in Zakopane, where my husband and I ran the “Chata Biegacza” (Runners’ Lodge). Living with a view of Giewont was extraordinary, although it didn’t mean daily trips to the mountains—responsibilities always called.

Currently, I combine trail running with hiking—my favorite distance is 50 km, and my beloved mountains are the Tatras. My dream? A race in the Dolomites! Besides the mountains, I am passionate about traveling. The most remarkable landscapes I have ever seen were in Spitsbergen—a place where nature’s harshness meets its unparalleled beauty.

              Waldemar Hajncel

I’ve been working at Entire M as a Graphic Designer for 4 years! I focus on designing product labels and packaging as well as preparing instructions for suppliers.

Some people think that riding a motorcycle is an activity for ‘daredevils,’ but I believe the opposite. Riding a motorcycle teaches you how to take care of yourself and be organized. It’s not about rushing—it’s about understanding that some things take the time they need. A motorcycle says: ‘Dress properly, you never know what might happen along the way. Buy good boots and pants just once, invest in a jacket, wear a helmet, and try not to look like a scarecrow in all of that. Take only what you need—even if you want to pack unnecessary stuff, where would you even fit it? Less is more.’

An old motorcycle is no worse than a new one; it requires commitment but builds a connection. When you buy and modify it, you think about yourself and your needs. In a world where everyone expects everything from everyone, this is one thing that’s just for you.
