Quality Policy at Entire M

Entire M Sp. z o.o. is a Polish family-owned company with an international footprint, developing

the Direct Action® and Helikon-Tex® brands. We design, manufacture, and deliver technical apparel

as well as tactical and outdoor equipment for demanding civilian and institutional users.

Quality is a core part of how we operate. We act responsibly toward our customers, employees,

business partners, and the environment. For us, growth means more than expansion.

It is about making informed decisions based on data, insight, and reliable information.

We put our Quality Policy into practice through the following commitments:

1. Meeting requirements

We deliver products and services in line with applicable regulations, customer requirements – including

those of institutional clients (B2G) – as well as the standards of ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110. In executing

our production plans, we focus on timeliness, reliability, safety, and product functionality.

At Entire M, our decisions and daily operations are guided by clear values, standards, and principles.

We are a committed team working together to support the continued growth of the company and the development

of the Direct Action® and Helikon-Tex® brands.

2. Continuous improvement

We continuously improve our Quality Management System based on risk and opportunity analyses,

audit results, and customer and other key stakeholder feedback.

A key role in this process is played by our Internal Auditors Team, which assesses process effectiveness, 

identifies strengths, and highlights areas for improvement. Audit findings form the basis for corrective

actions and further enhancements.

By combining years of experience with new technologies, we continue to strengthen our processes

and quality management tools.

3. Customer focus

We focus on delivering high-quality order handling, effective communication, and long-term

customer relationships.

At the same time, we continue to develop new products and sales channels, expanding the reach

of our offering across international markets and within the B2G sector.
