Entire M – Reporting Irregularities
At ENTIRE M, a Procedure for Internal Reporting and Follow-up has been implemented.
We aim to ensure safe environments for both our employees and contractors. With your support, we can quickly identify and counteract any irregularities. We encourage reporting any inappropriate behaviour in accordance with the Procedure. We will ensure full confidentiality and handle your report with the utmost care.
Anyone granted Whistleblower status will receive special protection, particularly against unfair treatment.

You can report irregularities in the following areas:
- corruption;
- public procurement;
- financial services, products and markets;
- anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing;
- product safety and compliance;
- transport safety;
- protection of the environment;
- radiation protection and nuclear safety;
- food and feed safety;
- animal health and welfare;
- public health;
- consumer protection;
- protection of privacy and personal data;
- security of network and information systems;
- breaches affecting the financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local government unit and the European Union;
- The internal market of the European Union, including public law principles of competition and state aid, and corporate taxation;
- Constitutional freedoms and human and civil rights – occurring in relations between individuals and public authorities and unrelated to the areas indicated above.
If we identify any irregularities, we will take appropriate steps to eliminate any unlawful actions and hold those responsible accountable.
